About the Role
A busy warehouse operating within the food services/FMCG industry is seeking a reliable, physically fit and hardworking Warehouse Loader to assist with the loading and handling of goods during the peak season. The successful candidate must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring that goods are loaded safely, accurately and timeously.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload goods, stock and products onto and off delivery vehicles.
- Assist with moving, stacking and arranging stock within the warehouse.
- Ensure that goods are handled carefully to prevent damage.
- Check products against loading instructions and delivery documentation where required.
- Assist with preparing orders for dispatch and ensuring that the correct goods are loaded.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and organised loading area.
- Follow all warehouse health, safety and hygiene procedures.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily operational and dispatch deadlines.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, loading, offloading, distribution, food services or FMCG environment is essential.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling duties.
- Able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking, with a strong work ethic.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Must be based in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) or surrounding areas.
- Must be available to start immediately and commit to a temporary peak-season contract.
- Contactable references from previous employers are essential.

Important Information
