About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage security contracts and maintain strong client relationships
- Oversee security officers, supervisors and operational teams
- Manage multiple sites and ensure consistent service delivery
- Monitor operational performance and contractual requirements
- Conduct site visits, inspections and operational reviews
- Address client requirements, operational issues and incidents
- Manage service delivery standards and resolve escalated matters
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant security requirements
- Prepare and review operational reports and performance information
- Support the development and implementation of operational procedures
- Liaise with clients, management, law enforcement and relevant stakeholders
- Lead, motivate and develop security personnel and supervisory teams
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in security contract management
- Previous experience managing security officers, supervisors and operational teams
- Experience managing multiple sites and/or security contracts
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management experience
- Experience handling operational incidents and client requirements
- Strong understanding of security operations, compliance and service delivery
- PSIRA Grade A
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience within the private security industry is essential
Advantageous
- Experience managing large security contracts
- Experience managing multiple client sites
- Strong knowledge of security risk management and incident investigation
- Experience working with law enforcement and other external stakeholders
- Previous experience in a senior security operations or contract management position
