Internal Sales and Key Account Cordinator

About the Role

Location: 

  • Johannesburg 

Requirements: 

  • Relevant Internal Sales, Sales Administration, Key Account Support, Sales Operations or retail supplier experience.
  • Experience with dealing with major retails and buyers
  • FMCG, Retail Supplier, Fashion, Beauty, Accessories or Consumer-Goods experience
  • Syspro ERP experience

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the day-to-day Internal Sales function and customer queries
  • Manage customer product listings and ensure barcodes, stock codes, descriptions, pricing, pack sizes and other master data are accurate
  • Work with customer buyers and retailers portals on listings, amendments, approvals and follow-ups
  • Pull, prepare and analyse sales, stock, distribution, ordering and customer reports
  • Use Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPS]/VLOOKUP and formulas to reconcile and analyse large datasets
  • Identify sales trends, stock gaps, distribution gaps, non-ordering products/stores, pricing discrepancies and other expectations
