MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- Previous experience in an operations, coordination, supervisory, or team-leadership role.
- Experience in a technical, engineering, construction, workshop, maintenance or similar environment would be advantageous.
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Scheduling/operational systems
- Good administration and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Daily scheduling of workshop and site teams
- Assigning jobs and managing workflow to ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinating with customers on job scheduling, progress updates and follow-ups
- Monitoring team timekeeping, attendance and daily output
- Conducting regular stock checks and flagging replenishment requirements
- Checking and logging vehicle condition and maintenance requirements
- Supporting performance monitoring and reporting to management
- 3-5 years of experience in operations co-ordination, workshop co-ordination, site supervision or team leadership.
- Experience managing technical or operational teams.
- Experience scheduling jobs and allocating resources.
- Experience dealing directly with customers.
- Experience monitoring employee attendance and productivity.
